To raise a complaint, you will need to email your complaint to sales@springfieldnet.co.uk , we will send you an acknowledgment so that you know we have received your complaint and it will be dealt with. We aim to pick up all complaints and get back to you within 48 hours (this may take longer when raised over a weekend).

 

You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe that we are not handling your data in the correct manner.

 

(12) How long will your data be held for?

Due to the nature of our business we will have customers over long periods of time, this means that we will keep your data as long as you are a customer. This is because we will need your data to be able to deliver to and contact you.

 

If you decide that you no longer want to buy from us or use our services, we will erase all data held about you after 6 months of us recieving confirmation of such in writing.
